Refunds & cancellations

Refunds

• Due to the nature of the service as a fixed-scope build, refunds are not available once work has started.

Cancellations

• If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

• If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment is non-refundable. This covers time spent reviewing files, preparation, and build work already completed.
